General Terms
Access Layer and Legal Acceptance
These Terms apply whenever a user reaches Dexsport through dexsport.io or any connected online entry point made available by the platform. For this document, all such access points are treated as the “Interface”. The Interface is a user-facing gateway to software functions, data protocol elements, virtual currency interaction tools, decentralized systems, and liquidity-related features.
The Interface is not the Protocol itself and does not give Dexsport control over every element involved in user activity. By opening, browsing, connecting to, or otherwise using the Interface, the user accepts these Terms as a binding agreement with Dexsport. If the Interface is used for a company, organization, or other legal entity, the person acting on its behalf confirms authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
Anyone who does not accept these Terms must not use the Interface. Use of the Interface also means acceptance of individual arbitration where applicable and waiver of class, collective, or representative actions.
Interface Role and Protocol Independence
The Interface supports access to decentralized functionality, while the Protocol, blockchain networks, public blockchain software, virtual currency systems, transaction validation processes, and related mechanisms may operate outside Dexsport’s direct or indirect control.
Users understand that on-chain interactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, or affected by network conditions. Dexsport cannot cancel, roll back, modify, confirm, guarantee, or recover any blockchain interaction initiated by the user.
Information shown through the Interface is provided for reference only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, technical advice, or professional instruction. Users should seek advice from qualified independent specialists before making decisions involving digital assets, legal duties, taxes, technical systems, or financial exposure.
Who May Access the Interface
The Interface may be used only by users who are at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and can enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Users must also ensure that their access complies with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and restrictive measures.
Access is prohibited for persons or entities connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also prohibited from restricted territories, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Users must not hide their location or access status through VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar methods. Dexsport may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface at any time.
User Compliance and Lawful Assets
Each user is solely responsible for understanding whether use of the Interface is lawful in their jurisdiction. Dexsport does not provide legal, tax, reporting, filing, licensing, registration, or regulatory guidance and has no duty to warn users about obligations that may apply to them.
The Interface must not be used where such use is unlawful or where it would impose legal obligations on Dexsport that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must also ensure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport has a lawful source. Dexsport may deny or block access if assets are connected with drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
Technical and Market Risk
Users access blockchain-based tools at their own risk. Decentralized systems may be affected by cryptographic failures, network congestion, smart contract defects, protocol errors, transaction delays, changes in on-chain fees, software vulnerabilities, liquidity shifts, and other technical conditions.
Digital asset markets may change sharply because of adoption, speculation, security events, regulation, market sentiment, liquidity, technology changes, or other factors. Network speed and transaction costs may also change without warning. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses connected with volatility, blockchain conditions, failed or delayed transactions, fees, liquidity, or similar variables.
Users must protect their own private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for wallets, assets, keys, credentials, passwords, devices, or access tools that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to recover.
Unacceptable Use
The Interface must not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-related conduct. Users must not violate these Terms or applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with systems or networks, distribute harmful code, attack platform functionality, reverse engineer the Interface, publish false information, manipulate markets, engage in spoofing or wash trading, or carry out similar misconduct.
Crypto-specific misuse is also prohibited, including attempts to obtain another person’s private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, or account information; laundering crypto assets; using funds derived from crime; using assets connected with dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful sources; or assisting another person in such activity.
Bypassing access restrictions is prohibited. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, access rules, or security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface.
Ownership, Content and Feedback
Dexsport owns or controls rights in the Interface and protected materials made available through it, including software, text, interface design, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected content. Open-source protocol software remains governed by its own applicable rules.
Use of the Interface does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights to the user. Users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to use the Interface or its content without express authorization from Dexsport.
Users keep ownership of materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, and process those materials in accordance with applicable law. Dexsport may use feedback, comments, bug reports, suggestions, and similar submissions without payment or confidentiality obligations.
External Resources and Personal Data
The Interface may contain references or links to third-party websites, services, products, materials, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee those resources. Users access third-party resources at their own risk.
Use of the Interface also involves acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable rules.
Availability Without Guarantees
The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims warranties of every kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This applies to the Interface, the Protocol, software code, data, content, and related information.
Dexsport does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, suitability for any purpose, absence of defects, or absence of harmful components. No statement, message, data point, or material made available through the Interface creates a warranty. Users accept all risks connected with use of the Interface.
Liability, Losses and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.
This limitation applies to losses connected with hacking, unauthorized access, interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, lost credentials, lost assets, or reliance on information obtained through the Interface.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of the Interface, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or assisted use by another party.
Claims, Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to the Interface or these Terms is personal to those parties. Users may act only in an individual capacity and may not bring class arbitration, class action, collective action, or representative proceedings.
Before formal proceedings, the user must send a notice to [email protected] with their name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may begin arbitration where permitted by these Terms. Any claim must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises, or the right to bring the claim is permanently barred.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in English, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from different parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. Access from another location does not create jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.
Updates and Entire Agreement
Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is posted. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
If the user does not accept the revised Terms, the user must stop using the Interface. Rights and obligations that should remain effective after termination of use shall continue to apply.
These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface. They replace all prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
